Tenants, owners and support are three streams of one inbox. The rail's Inbox count is summed from exactly the rows on these three tabs.

Unread

A message nobody has answered counts as unread. That is the only definition this record supports without a per-person read receipt.

Replies

A reply goes on the thread and notifies the person on the other side. Switch seats with the bar above the screen and it is there.
